Mount Olivet ADULT Day Services
Mount Olivet Adult Day Services program offering weekday care for adults. Activities enhance self-esteem and provide a stimulating environment for all participants. The program provides quality care for 35 adults. Each day a hearty noon meal and several snacks are served. Special diets are available.
The adult care program is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and serves individuals needing social interaction, assistance with daily activities and support services. It is a wonderful alternative to providing full-time care or finding nursing home placement. Daily participation can vary but a consistent schedule is preferred. Transportation if necessary, can be arranged through our van service or Metro Mobility.
Mount Olivet Home (MOH)
Mount Olivet Home (MOH) is a 92-bed semi-independent residence featuring private rooms with private bathrooms.
Mount Olivet Home residents are independent with activities of daily life, including dressing, grooming, eating, walking, transferring and toileting. Assistance with medication administration and bathing is provided.
Our daily all inclusive rate includes 24/7 nursing supervision, 3 meals per day, medication administration, bathing assistance, laundry, housekeeping, and daily life enrichment activities.
Three nutritious meals and other refreshments are served daily in the main floor dining room. Spacious lounges, outdoor patios, and private family areas provide a home- like environment. Residents are able to furnish their rooms with their favorite possessions.
We also offer a secured memory care unit for resident coping with the early stages of memory loss, Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related illnesses. Residents in the memory care unit have their own dining room located on the unit.
For the convenience of the residents and their families, on-site physician, nurse practitioner, vision, hearing, dental, and podiatry services are available.
Mount Olivet Careview Home
Mount Olivet Careview Home is a 155 residence providing high quality personalized skilled nursing care.
We offer long term care, transitional care for patients who require short term skilled nursing care or daily rehabilitation following a hospitalization, and memory care for residents coping with the late stages of Alzheimer’s and other dementia related illnesses.
Long term care residents are dependent on the nursing staff to accomplish daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, eating, walking, and transferring.
Memory care residents are cared for in a secured and safe environment on the second floor.
To enhance their quality of life, all residents are encouraged to participate in daily therapeutic recreational activities.
Transitional care patients are cared for in a separate unit on the third floor. Our transitional care interdisciplinary team provides high quality care while focusing on helping each patient achieve their highest level of function and independence possible. Transitional care patients require daily therapy and skilled nursing services, and are admitted to the unit with a reasonable expectation for discharge.
Three nutritious meals and refreshments are served daily in the dining rooms located on each floor. Family members can enjoy meals with their loved ones. Spacious lounges, outdoor patios, and private family areas are available for the enjoyment of our residents, patients, and their families.
If care needs decrease, a transfer to Mount Olivet Home, our adjoining board and care residence, may be arranged.
