The admissions team at Mount Olivet Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home will work with you and guide you so that the transition of the patient/resident into our care is a comfortable and effortless process.

The admission process at Mount Olivet Careview Home and Mount Olivet Home involves:

• Pre-admission discussion with the family and/or primary care provider
• Comprehensive nursing assessment completed by phone
• Obtaining necessary physician admission orders
