Black History Month

This Black History Month, we thank and express appreciation to our diverse staff, residents and their families that shape our community. Your wisdom, resilience, compassion and fun loving attitudes continue to inspire us everyday. Diversity is our strength, and we are committed to ensuring that Mount Olivet Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home remains a place where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

American Heart Month

American Heart Month was established by President Lyndon B. Johnson. In his remarks announcing February 1964 as the first American Heart Month, President Johnson urged “the people of the United States to give heed to the nationwide problem of the heart and blood-vessel diseases, and to support the programs required to bring about its solution.” Johnson’s action marked a pivotal point in the nation’s approach to addressing cardiovascular disease.

Thank you!!

Mount Olivet Careview Home staff enjoyed gathering to celebrate the season on Thursday December 19th. In addition to the party, it was Ugly Sweater Day and staff were able to have some fun wearing those sweaters which only come out of the closet once a year.

On behalf of all the staff at Mount Olivet Careview Home, we wish you a very Happy New Year and a blessed, happy and healthy New Year!

Thankful for our Volunteers!

The Christmas Season was made more special for all of our residents as a result of the many hours put in by volunteers.

Thank you to the employees of Ecolab Corporation for taking the time out of their busy day to volunteer and get the more than 20 trees around Mount Olivet Careview Home decorated for Christmas. This was their 2nd year volunteering, and we plan to see them back again next year.
