I am proud of the therapeutic recreation programming offered at Mount Olivet Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home because it helps meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and social needs of our residents. Involving our residents in program planning makes our therapeutic recreation program unique. By focusing on the interests and preferences of the residents we serve and their families, our facility provides a meaningful and nurturing dimension to the quality of life of each person.
Our therapeutic recreation department is comprised of ten staff members experienced in working with residents in a variety of program areas. A dedicated volunteer group assists the staff in a variety of ways.
