Mount Olivet Day Services – Child Care Program Financial Policies - 2010
Registration Fee: $150.00 per family (including a non-refundable $50.00 deposit).

Lunch, mid-morning and afternoon snack are included in tuition. Breakfast is optional and offered at $1.50 per day per child.

Muliple Child Discount: If a family has more than one child enrolled, a ten percent (10%) discount will be applied to the oldest child. Only one discount will be applied per family.

Tuition is due on the first day of attendance each week. A $15.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not received by 10 a.m. on the second day of attendance.

Returned check fee is $25.00.

We are closed on the following six (6) recognized holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Should these holidays occur on a weekend, they will be recognized on the appropriate weekday in accordance with the National Monday Holiday Bill. We reserve the right to close the center early the day before or after a holiday. We will notify the families of this in advance. The center will also be closed four (4) days a year as staff preparation days. Families will be notified in advance. These days are considered paid days of attendance.

Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are governed by the Department of Human Services. Tuition rates include a maximum of 10 hours of care each day contracted prior to enrollment between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. If a child is in our care before or after contracted hours, a fee will be assessed of $5 for every 15-minute increment. If a child is in our care before or after business hours, a charge of $1.00 per minute will be assessed.

Additional fees for activities such as field trips, activity fees and enrichment programs will be billed when applicable. Payment for additional charges is due at the time of the next tuition billing.

Parents who wish to withdraw children must notify the center with two (2) week written notice. If no notice is given, contracted tuition for two weeks beyond the child’s last day will be charged.
