All family members of Mount Olivet Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home residents are invited to attend Family Council meetings. The Family Council meets the third Thursday of every other month at noon, September through May, to address questions and concerns, hear staff presentations and outside speakers, and plan events for residents and staff. Meeting date confirmation and topics of upcoming meetings are announced in Highlights, the monthly facility newsletter.

Resident Council

The Resident Council meets monthly and all residents are invited to attend. Representatives from each floor bring discussion items to the meeting, including residents’ concerns and ideas for programs and outings. This group ensures residents have a voice in decisions regarding their rights and facility policies. Meetings are announced on the monthly therapeutic recreation calendars.
